You begin at the Inn, where Barnaby Ledger, Innkeeper Extraordinaire, keeps the only record that matters. Treasure found below is only a promise. Treasure banked at the Inn becomes real.
Each dungeon room has three exits. Every choice moves the dungeon forward. Monsters wander, dangers stir, and the deeper you go, the richer the loot becomes.
The first planned dungeon is The Lich Below, where liches summon skeletons, lost treasure attracts thieves, and finding your way back to the Inn may matter more than going one room farther.
Future dungeon themes may include goblins, spiders, dragons, and the unpredictable Lair of the Dungeon Master.
